After Pudence Rubingisa former Mayor of Kigali City is appointed to be Eastern Province Governor, it was set to find his replacement where Dusengiyumva Samuel became the one.
Samuel Dusengiyumva was chosen as Kigali City’s mayor following his appointment as a councilor on the council.
With 532 out of 638 votes, Dusengiyumva Samuel was voted as Kigali City’s mayor. That’s the angle at which he faced Mrs. Baguma Rose.
New Kigali City is lawyer, he used to be the Chief Secretary in the Ministry of local government.
