Returning Muhire claims that Rayon Sports feels like home.

As he gets about to start his third stint at Rayon Sports, midfielder Kevin Muhire has described the team as “home.”

The sensational return of the Rwandan international to the team under a short-term contract will allow him to play for the team for the rest of the current campaign.

“To me, Rayon Sports is like home. After signing the contract, Muhire told Times Sport, “The club has significantly contributed to my growth as a player, and I am ready to help them succeed once more.

After his contract with Kuwaiti team Al-Yarmouk SC expired in June, Muhire-Rayon got back together.

The 25-year-old was a member of the historic Rayon Sports squad that advanced to the CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals.

He quit the team to play for Al Gaish in Egypt during the 2019–2020 campaign, and the following year, he was on loan to Saham Club in the Omani Premier League.

When the Omani league was stopped owing to the 2020–21 Rwanda Premier League runners–up, he returned to the Omani team.
