Rwanda:Adolphe Kalisa is appointed secretary general of FERWAFA

Adolphe ‘Camarade’ Kalisa, who previously led the federation’s electoral commission, was chosen by the football governing body’s executive committee on Monday, August 7. The position has been vacant since Henry Muhire left the top position in April citing personal reasons for his resignation; Jules Karangwa has since been in place on an interim basis.

Karangwa will continue serving as FERWAFA’s Head of Competitions and Legal Advisor in the meantime.
